When We Ship

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days of being placed. Engraved or personalized orders require one additional business day for engraving before shipment.

Orders placed on weekends or US holidays will begin processing the next business day.

International

We Ship Worldwide

International orders are shipped via USPS First Class International or Priority Mail International. Estimated delivery times vary by destination — typically 7–21 business days.

Please note: international orders may be subject to customs duties and import taxes. These fees are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in our shipping rates.

Tracking

Follow Your Order

Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with a tracking number. You can use it to follow your package directly on the carrier's website.

If you haven't received a tracking update within 3 business days of your order, contact us and we'll look into it immediately.

Lost or Delayed Packages

We've Got You

If your package is marked delivered but hasn't arrived, please wait 24 hours — carriers sometimes scan packages early. If it still hasn't shown up, email us with your order number.

For packages lost in transit, we will reship your order or issue a full refund — your choice.
