Neroli Portofino opens with a bright rush of bergamot, mandarin and lemon before an elegant orange flower and jasmine heart calls up the stretch of Mediterranean coast that named it. The drydown of amber, ambrette and angelica keeps it clean and musky rather than sweet, which is why it has been the house warm-weather signature since 2011. Its citrus structure fades faster than the heavier orientals, so plan to reapply through the day.
