Spiced cumin rose that reads more skin than flower.
Rose 31 takes the famously feminine Grasse rose and pushes it somewhere unexpected. Peppery cumin and clove crash into the petals from the first spray, stripping out the sweetness and leaving something closer to warm skin than to a bouquet. Cedar and vetiver keep the heart dry and woody, while musk, oud and amber settle into a smoky, animalic base by the final hour. Genuinely unisex, it rewards a light hand, one spray to the chest is plenty.
