Ripe raspberry and Turkish rose over smoky oud and dark leather.
Julien Rasquinet opens The Moon on a burst of raspberry and lychee lifted by saffron, a fruit so ripe it borders on jam. Turkish rose and red currant follow, deepened by olibanum and a whisper of violet. Then the floor drops away into oud, leather, amber and sandalwood, warm and faintly animalic. Two sprays carry a full evening. Best worn after dark, from autumn through winter.
