Editions de Parfums Frederic Malle was founded in Paris in 2000 on a simple idea: put the perfumer's name on the bottle and give them no brief, no budget ceiling and no marketing committee. The house works as a publisher works with authors, and the result is a catalogue of signed compositions rather than products, each one built with an unusual concentration of raw materials.
